“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God. For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Years ago I listened to this fifteen minute radio program of inspirational music. The words of the theme song had such a peppy tune and encouraging message. “Keep praising, keep praising, when the days are dark and drear. Keep praising, keep praising, God will guide you never fear.” The thoughts and scriptures in this section are intended to lift your heart in prayer and praise to the One who can encourage you. As you pause to listen to God’s words may you find grace to press on, joy to share, and hope to endure. Life is hard, but I promise you, Jesus is with you. 
“Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed. For the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.” Joshua 1:9
