Garden of Meditation

“For as the earth brings forth its bud, as the garden causes the things that grow in it to spring forth, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.” Isaiah 61:11

The one who delights in God’s law, making it his meditation, “shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf shall not wither.” Psalm 1:2, 3

“The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and strengthen your bones. You shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.” Isaiah 58:11

"I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground. I will pour my spirit upon thy seed, and my blessing upon thine offspring. And they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses." Isaiah 44:3, 4
